Bold Tillotson Columbia Place Sheffield ricasso mark. Very nice overall condition. The original etching is a bit lost on the bottom side from age, but the top side remains pretty well defined. Also very possible that the cutlery handle was added to the knife, which was a common practice to "fancy" up a dull-handled knife.
