Rare 18" antique doll from late 1800's-early 1900's, brown eyes and life-like hair. This doll may have been from Germany based on my great-grandmother's origin. I am not an expert in antique dolls, but I think the head and part of the arms and legs from the elbows and knees down are some type of fairly hard composite that is cracked in several places. The rest of the body is soft and filled with a straw-like material. The doll is in "old" condition. The clothes are faded but in fair condition considering the age of the doll.
