Beautiful pair of antique signed French bergaires. Old red felt uphostelery over walnut or fruit wood frame. Stamp illegibly signed on base "CON.." Frame in good shape, uphostelery needs updating as well as springs. Purchased at Sotheby's NY over 20 years ago. Height of back is 33 inches. Width at armrest is 26 1/2 inches. Seat cushion height 15 inches. Cardinal red felt color. $2500 or best offer. No shipping but I can offer delivery within 150 miles of 01230 (Great Barrington), for $75. Sold as is in period 18th century condition. Frame is sturdy.
