Antique Silver Dutch Cuff Bracelet Handcrafted Lion Passant mark indicates 2nd standard purity = minimum .833 Measures 7.75” when laid flat. I have a small wrist, and this is large but could be adjusted by removing links in the chain. The design includes six-pointed stars on the front. The sides have eight-pointed stars. One side has a duty mark in the form of a Minerva head in side profile, wearing a helmet, imprinted with the letter M in the helmet. This M tells us that this piece was assayed in Schoonhoven assay office. I believe the date of this piece is either 1874 or 1899 based on the “P” date letter mark on the opposite side of the duty mark.
